What is an Osteopath?
An Osteopath is a peron who has completed a University Degree with Masters, to provide both manual therapy and exercise management to help people experiencing musculoskeletal and neuromuscular complaints.
We work with people experiencing both acute and chronic conditions and focus on patient centered care following evidence informed guidelines.

What types of injuries do you work with?
This can range from rotator cuff issues, tendonopathy, Osteoarthritis, instability of joints, sprains or strains, muscle tears, headaches, disc injuries, RSI, plantar fasciitis (the list goes on) - if your unsure, please give us a call or email.
We also can assess young athletes with growth plate issues and athletes who are experiencing mechanical pains.

Why would I see an Osteopath?
Commonly people see an Osteo when they are experiencing muscuoskeletal pain, stiffness, loss of mobility, headache, over-use injuries or have experienced loss of strength or condition. Some people also see an Osteopath when they are training or are recovering from an illness or surgery.

Chronic Pain
We work with a number of people experiencing chronic pain, which can have a huge impact on employment, life quality and can impact on many elements of life. We have an empathetic, evidence informed approach.
We aim to build your confidence and resilience to your pain and we work WITH your providers (we never intend to replace GP or Speciliast Care).
We have also completed additional education externally and continually upskill in pain education and management.
